The Queen is a Busy Bee! As well as growing fresh vegetables, she preserves quite a bit of local items. Check out her products, including: Cashew-fruit Chutney; Mango Chutney; Local fruit Jam and Jelly including mango, guava, passionfruit and lime; Pickled Okra and Lime Asha. Of course Honey is available seasonally but other hive products such as Shea Lotion Bars and Lip Balm, candles and Leather Waterseal can always be found.

The owner of Queen CariBEE, Toni Downs is a beekeeper and has not used chemicals in her hives since she began keeping bees in 2000. She uses this Virgin Beeswax and Honey to make rich, moisturizing soap in Animal, Caribbean and Honeybee themes. Looking at and smelling these soaps reminds you of the Islands but their appeal is not just on the outside. This is the ‘look no more’ soap of your dreams, a luxury body care product made with ingredients that are meant to moisturize and pamper your skin. Ingredients include Cocoa, Palm, Olive, Soybean and Castor oils and the finest Fragrances and Essential Oils. For those who have allergies, the Red Palm Unscented soap is a beautiful bright yellow/orange in contrast to the scented bars and still has a natural clean odor all it’s own.
